Here’s what worked – and what didn’t

The accommodations are well-maintained with a diverse selection of pools to enjoy, complemented by a buffet offering choices for everyone! The waterfront location was a highlight, perfect for families.

Service was lackluster, especially in the buffet where staff often seemed distracted. Several guests reported issues with room amenities not being addressed, impacting the overall experience. What a disappointment!

this is my second stay in five islands village and the autograph collection truly exceeded all my expectations. the luxury junior suite with bay view was spacious and brilliantly designed, providing stunning views of the ocean. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed every day. The food offered in the restaurants was generally excellent, with a good variety to choose from. Our Luxury Junior Suite with Bay View had stunning vistas that truly enhanced our stay. The mountain view from the property added to the charm and serenity of the environment.

However, there were a few minor inconveniences with the room's temperature control.

Beautiful beach and friendly staff

I had a wonderful time enjoying the stunning white sandy beach and the affectionate service from the staff. The butlers were incredibly helpful, and the beachfront bar was a great spot to relax. However, I found the dining options to be quite limited and the food quality at the buffet didn't meet my expectations.

The Luxury Junior Suite with Bay View offered stunning views of the bay, with a comfortable layout that made it easy to unwind. The beach area featured clear waters perfect for swimming and lounging.

Availability of restaurants fluctuated, making it tricky to secure reservations on some nights, which could disrupt dining plans. Repairs are needed for some amenities. for instance, the swimming pool tiles looked worn and could use a refresh. Additionally, the minibar service in the Diamond Club lacked consistency, with replenishment often missed during my stay, compromising the premium experience expected at this level.

easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions

During my stay, i really enjoyed the beautiful bay view and the close distance to the serene yepton beach, which was just a short walk away. it made my weekend strolls enjoyable as i discovered local landmarks and parks nearby.

Nevertheless, the beautiful beach and well-maintained grounds offered plenty of sunshine-filled relaxation opportunities throughout our time. Overall, a fantastic experience with room for improvement in bar availability.

The beach is a stunning stretch of soft sand and clear turquoise water that invites you to relax and unwind. I loved lounging by the infinity pool, soaking in the sun with a cocktail in hand while the friendly staff made sure I was well taken care of. Every meal was a delight, whether it was at the buffet or the specialty restaurants, with flavors that transported me straight to paradise!

I recently stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the delicious food and beautiful facilities. Just a heads up, though, the service could be a little slow at times!
